Broncos lineman Philip Blake placed on IR

Broncos head coach John Fox announced that Canadian-born offensive lineman Blake was being placed on the injured reserve list with a thumb injury.
Blake was the team’s fourth-round pick out Baylor and signed a four-year deal with the team in June.
C.J. Davis will be called up to take Blake’s spot and Adam Grant will take Davis’ spot on the practice squad.
Young Blake will join old Ty Warren on this gloomy list.
