YOU select the best response to the question of the week, and the winner gets free ‘za the following day. Pure and simple.
So without further ado, this week’s question (and don’t forget to vote below!):
Are the Broncos as good as their 9-3 record says they are? Why or why not?
Lionel Bienvenu, 7News: I don’t think we know yet. The Broncos lost to the Falcons, Texans, and Patriots. Th Broncos have beaten the likes of the Raiders, Chargers, Panthers, Saints, etc. What does that mean? We will find out in Baltimore and the playoffs. I can say with the third-ranked defense and the fifth-ranked offense, this team could be something special. Again, we will find out soon enough.
Vic Lombardi, CBS4: You are what your record says you are! Who said that, Socrates? Doesn’t matter, the Broncos have a winning record for the first time in six years. But the record doesn’t mean jack when the playoffs come around. So, they are what the record says they are, until the first week of January.
Rod Mackey, 9News: They’re better than 9-3! Those early losses came when Peyton was still getting use to his new team and his new team was getting used to him. It was also when Von Miller was only human. Miller is super-human now! He’s the NFL’s offensive AND defensive MVP. I’m thinking Super Bowl.
