The Denver Broncos released their final injury report leading up to Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. Right tackle Orlando Franklin is the only player that is most-likely out of the game.
Franklin is listed as doubtful with an injured ankle. He has not practiced at all this week.
The only other question leading into the game is the status of linebacker Wesley Woodyard. Woodyard is listed as questionable with a neck injury. He suffered the injury against the Dallas Cowboys and was kept out of last week’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
“He’ll be a game-time decision but he’s definitely further ahead this week,” head coach John Fox said.
If Woodyard ends up playing, it will be the first time all year that every defensive starter for the Broncos will play. The defense held their own for the first four games of the year but have showed signs of struggling against the Dallas Cowboys and the Jacksonville Jaguars.
If Woodyard plays, the prospect of having the entire squad on the field is exciting for him.
“It feels good. We’re back out there flying around,” Woodyard said. “It’s good to get Von back out there, Champ back healthy. It’s good, it feels good.”
