About Jimmy Doogan: Jimmy Doogan joined Mile High Sports Radio in May 2009. Jimmy's other prior radio experience includes stints with Entercom radio here in Denver Co, KQMT Radio in Vail Co where he hosted two different radio programs and was morning news director, The Eagle 100.7 classic rock in Abilene Tx, and KACU 89.7FM Radio in Abilene Tx. Jimmy also has worked with ATW Sportscast.com doing play-by-play for Colorado high school football and basketball.

Growing up in a sports focused family helped in having such a huge passion for all sports.

"I had a very competitive family, growing up I even had to fight my grandmother for the sports page in the morning!"

Jimmy is originally from Texas. Grew up in Dallas and San Antonio. A graduate from The University of Texas. Living in Colorado for over 15 years now, Jimmy loves everything there is about Colorado. Spends a lot of time in the mountains as well as in the heart of the city of Denver. He is a big fan of all sports, and by being a fan makes it easy to look at all sides of the ins and outs of sports talk radio objectively. Looking at sports from a lighter side is what makes sports talk radio fun.
