Broncos Training Camp Day 5 is in the books and several key position battles remain wide open. Nate Lundy and Shawn Drotar of 5280 Sports Network were at UCHealth Training Center on Monday and say the No. 3 wide receiver spot has a handful of guys vying for the job.
Cody Latimer, Bennie Fowler, Jordan Norwood, Kalif Raymond and Jordan Norwood all have a case to be No. 3 behind Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, and each is trying to find other ways to contribute to the team in order to secure a roster spot.
Raymond is the surprise name on the list to many. The speedster from Holy Cross doesn’t have a tremendous amount of football pedigree, but he has speed and return skills that are drawing comparisons to Trindon Holliday.
