Who’s going to be the Denver Broncos quarterback come Week 1 of the 2016? Well, if we’re being honest with ourselves, we have no idea.
Maybe it’ll Mark Sanchez. Maybe it’ll be Colin Kaepernick. Or maybe it’ll be somebody nobody’s even talking about.
The outcome is so up in the air, in fact, that Las Vegas is letting bettors place wagers on whom will take the first snap for the reigning champions come September. According to Bovada, here’s how things break down:

- Ryan Fitzpatrick 15/2
- 2016 NFL Draft Pick
- Someone Else 13/10
And based on those odds, Vegas is just as lost as the rest of us. While Sanchez has the best odds of any actual player, the highest odds are actually for “Someone Else.” That could mean Josh McCown, A.J. McCarron, Tyrod Taylor, Trevor Siemian or Tom Brady for all we know.
