Colorado Avalanche fans are staring at the panic button after the team only scored one goal in their final four preseason games. During that stretch there were some familiarly problems that arose. Colorado was consistently outshot, they couldn’t possess the puck and team chemistry was noticeably off. With the amount of roster turnover that’s to be expected.

Kevin Goff and Aaron Musick of The Sin Bin on Mile High Sports Radio said that Avs are struggling to figure how to play with one another.

“The chemistry is clearly not there and it is just so obvious,” Goff said.

Goff and Musick went on to say that the lack of chemistry compounds Colorado’s problems in their offensive zone. With nine new skaters projected to be on the opening day roster Colorado is going to need to figure out their chemistry quickly to avoiding starting slowly.
