Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak has plenty of drama on his hands heading into the final day of OTAs on Wednesday, none of it having to do with his two-time Pro Bowl cornerback (the one named Chris Harris).

Harris has grown to be one of the vocal leaders on Denver’s defense, climbing the ranks from undrafted rookie in 2011 to consecutive second-team All-Pro nominations in 2014 and ’15. As one of the founding members of the self-described “No Fly Zone,” Harris hasn’t been shy about boasting about his teammates and their success.

The 26-year-old (who turns 27 on Saturday), didn’t shy away from talking with Les Shaprio of Afternoon Drive on Mile High Sports AM 1340 | FM 104.7 on Tuesday following the team’s OTA workout.

AFTERNOON DRIVE LIVE STREAMHarris tackled questions about the loss of key defenders to free agency, his cornerback partner, Aqib Talib, and his recent injury and even that all-important question of who should be the starting quarterback (at least heading into camp).

“Me, I would probably go with Mark [Sanchez] just because he’s had the experience of playing in the league,” Harris told Shapiro.

Harris ought to have some input – he practiced against one of the best to ever play the game for the past four years.
