While San Diego was bathed in orange yesterday afternoon and the Broncos came out with another victory under their belt, it was a painful win for the Broncos — literally.

With Peyton Manning, DeMarcus Ware, Sylvester Williams and T.J. Ward already out, Denver lost C.J. Anderson (ankle), Vernon Davis (concussion) and Danny Trevathan (concussion) to injury during the game as well.

Luckily, none seem to be too serious; Anderson actually ran back out onto the field following halftime before being ruled out for the game, and Trevathan took to twitter to let everybody know he was “all good.”

And the Denver Broncos need Trevathan to be back on the field as soon as possible, especially when he’s making plays like this.

After yesterday’s performance, Danny Trevathan is now Pro Football Focus’ Β fifth-rated inside linebacker, one spot in front of his teammate Brandon Marshall. Given that he missed almost all of last season with a multitude of injuries, it’s impressive just how well Trevathan has rebounded.

The Broncos have managed to earn themselves a 10-2 record, but they’ve become banged up along the way. It’ll be fun to see how high their ceiling may be if they can get everyone back on the field and playing at their best.
