The Denver Nuggets selected Emmanuel Mudiay with the seventh overall pick two seasons ago, with the expectation that he would blossom into the next big thing for the Nuggets.

So far in his sophomore season, a season with a lot riding on it for both Mudiay and the Nuggets, Emmanuel has severely underperformed, struggling with turnovers, scoring and just about everything else on the basketball court.

At this point, Mudiay is in a place he does not want to be in. Check it out:

Similar to last season, Mudiay has flashed his true potential at times, but for most of his time on the court, he is a turnover machine, averaging 4.6 a game, and a guard that struggles at scoring the basketball.

Mudiay still has time to iron out the issues, but change needs to come soon for the good of Mudiay’s career and the organization that has invested so much into him.
