Four seems to be the number of the week for Martin Truex Jr. and Furniture Row Racing.

On Sunday, Truex picked up his fourth win of the season in the 2017 NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series, using a bold fuel strategy engineered by crew chief Cole Pearn at Watkins Glen.

Heading into this week’s Pure Michigan 400 at Michigan International Speedway, there are four races remaining before the Chase for the Cup begins. Truex enters the race atop all the important ranking categories… Wins, Driver Points, Playoff Bonus Points, Stage Wins and Laps Led.

Truex was in Denver, home of Furniture Row Racing, ahead of this week’s race and Doug Ottewill caught up with the driver of the No. 78 car to look back at the big win at The Glen and look ahead to The Chase.
