Fan Poll and Mexico Trip Promotion

Mile High Sports Radio, LLC., its subsidiaries and affiliated
companies (the "Company") advise participant on contest rules as listed below,
and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:
1. DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST/PARTICIPATION:
A. Dates of Contest: The contest date begins 11/28/2007 and concludes at 5PM MST, on 12/07/2007.
B. How to enter/play: Send entries via email as prescribed, by visiting milehighsports.com and taking part in the “Fan Poll”. Prize winner will be contacted via email. If you wish to be contacted via telephone, please provide a daytime and evening phone number on your email response.
2. PRIZE(S): The prize is described as:
A seven-day trip for two to Mexico, including airfare, accommodations, at an all-inclusive resort. This prize does not include taxes, ground transportation costs, transfer fees, , insurance, or any other expenses.
By accepting this prize, you acknowledge that Mile High Sports Radio and its affiliated companies assume no liability whatsoever for injury, death, loss, cancellation, acts of God, or any other termination or loss associated with the aforementioned prize. The prize is valued at $3,000. No cash value to winner. Prize is subject to further restrictions from trip provider, Fun Jet Vacations. Special conditions and exclusions may apply.
The winner will be randomly selected from email entries on December 7th, 2007.
The Company reserves the right to disqualify a winner and select another winner at its sole discretion.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND LIMITATIONS: Participants and winner(s) must be U.S.
residents at least 21 years old as determined by the Company. Employees of the Company, this contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.
4. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic,
communications, telephone, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions or
failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission
on online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any
website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an on-line
entrant’s ability to participate in the contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s
or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or
downloading any information necessary to participate in this contest.
