Nolan Arenado is having himself quite a weekend. After making a dazzling, heads-up play on Friday night against the Los Angeles Dodgers, which helped the Rockies to a 7-4 win, he followed that up with a grand slam on Saturday that also led the Rockies to victory.

Here’s the video, courtesy of MLB.com, although Carlos Gonzalez was the ultimate hero on the night.

With none out and DJ LeMahieu on first base as the winning run in the bottom of the ninth, Gonzalez delivered a 3-1 Yimi Garcia 94-mph fastball over the centerfield fence for a walk-off home run that will keep the Dodgers’ magic number at two to clinch the National League West.

The Rockies had his grand welcome at home on their Twitter feed.

Colorado faces Los Angeles Sunday with a chance for the sweep. The Dodgers need a win and a Giants loss against Oakland in order to clinch the National League West.

After allowing Pittsburgh to clinch in Denver earlier in the week, it’s a fate the Rockies need to avoid in their final home game of 2015.

Gonzalez’s home run was his 39th of the year, good for third in the National League. The home run by Arenado was his 40th, one behind Bryce Harper.
