The University of Colorado men’s basketball team has officially begun their 10-day tour of Italy. Under NCAA guidelines a foreign tour can occur once every four years and a team can play up to 10 games, all which are excluded from the season contest limit. The Buffs will only play four games while overseas.

Before they tip off their games in Italy, Tad Boyle‘s Buffaloes had the chance to do some sightseeing at some of the most iconic venues in the world. Take a peek!

Ready for Departure… The Buffs snapped a quick shot as they awaited their flight.

All of the Sights… First stop, a tour of the Rome City Center, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon.

Time to Work… The team finishes up its first practice, gameday is set for Wednesday vs. All-Star Italy.

Still More Sights to See… After practice it was back to touring the beautiful city!

Battle for the Ages… Evan Battey, McKinley Wright, Namon Wright and George King go back and forth over who would win a battle in the Roman Colosseum.
