Here’s the bad news: The Denver Nuggets are currently riding a six-game losing streak.

Here’s the good news: They’re finally healthy.

Last weekend, Jusuf Nurkic made his long-awaited return to the court, and according to Chris Dempsey of the Denver Post, Emmanuel Mudiay is set to make his return tonight versus the Minnesota Timberwolves.

Mudiay was injured almost a month ago against the Timberwolves, and during his 12-game absence, the Nuggets have gone 3-9. With his return tonight, the Nuggets may be entering the most important stretch of their season.

As of today, the Nuggets may be sitting at an underwhelming 12-23, but they’re just four games out of the final playoff spot in the West, and if there’s ever been an opportunity to make up some ground, this is it; not only have they finally hit a soft spot in their schedule, but this is the first time that the entire roster has actually been healthy — minus Wilson Chandler, of course.

Up until this point, the Nuggets have played every game without Nurkic, Mudiay, Danilo Gallinari, Gary Harris, Joffrey Lauvergne or some combination of them all; even if Michael Malone wanted to find some consistency in his rotations, he’s been handcuffed from day one.

If they can start to pull together and gain some chemistry in these next few weeks, then maybe the Nuggets can make some noise in the second half of the season.
