Shortly after reports surfaced that Colorado Rockies shortstop Jose Reyes could receive a decision on his a suspension, Buster Olney of ESPN reported that Reyes does indeed have teams willing to trade for him despite the looming suspension.

While no team has emerged as a frontrunner, there are a few clubs you could point a finger towards.

The Washington Nationals, San Francisco Giants, Baltimore Orioles and Chicago White Sox are all team’s that could be possible fits for Reyes.

Obviously, the Rockies would have to eat a large sum of the remaining $40+ million on Reyes’s contract; however, if a market is indeed building for Reyes’ services, hopefully they can get a nice haul in return.

Although Reyes has seen a sharp decline in play, the ability to have a former All-Star manning the middle of your infield is a commodity that many teams long for.

Reyes could prove to be valuable to any team on the cusp of making the postseason that needs some help in the middle infield.

Reyes is a career .290 batter.
