It’s easy to watch athletes on TV and say, “If I was just a little bit taller, a little bit stronger, a little bit quicker, I could do that!”

Well, no … no you could not.

Even if you played a little high school ball, you’re not coming close to matching the skill of a professional. You’re not in the same stratosphere. The worst athlete on that bench may be the best athlete you’ve ever met.

And while that may not always come across on the TV, it’s becomes abundantly clear when you strap a GoPro to their head and have them go through some routine drills.
