The Avalanche extended their winning streak to four games following a 3-2 overtime victory over the Edmonton Oilers at Ball Arena on Monday. Mikko Rantanen scored both goals in regulation before the dynamic superstar duo of Nathan MacKinnon and Cale Makar combined for the overtime winner.

MacKinnon has 13 goals and 24 points over his last 16 games. Makar, who also assisted on one of Rantanen’s tallies, climbed to 71 points in just 58 games.
