Sadly, there have been many earthquakes in the Bay Area. Now, fans of the Oakland Raiders can rejoice; as it looks as if there might be some “Beastquakes” on the horizon.

On Tuesday, Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson said he knew if Marshawn Lynch was planning to come out of retirement, but wouldn’t tell. On Wednesday, we all found out.

According to NFL.com (specifically Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo), the stage has been set for Lynch to return. The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to swap late-round picks in the 2018 NFL Draft. Lynch has agreed to a two-year-deal; meaning he will be a Raider for the rest of their time in Oakland.

The deal is pending a physical, which Lynch will reportedly take Wednesday after he returns from Haiti, where he was helping build schools.

Now, if Lynch is the Beast Mode of old, it could test the mettle of the Broncos’ beefed up run defense. Anderson suggested that he is. On Wednesday, the Broncos back congratulated Lynch on his pending return.

Get your Skittles ready. It looks as if the Broncos will be seeing a lot more of Marshawn Lynch.
