Colorado State’s football team has been selected for eight nationally televised games so far in 2019, five on the ESPN Networks, three on CBS Sports Network. Three of them will be played on Friday night, giving the Rams four non-Saturday games this season, including the Rocky Mountain Showdown in Denver against Colorado.

The Mountain West announced Thursday the 44 games picked up by the conference’s primary broadcast partners, 33 being conference games.

On the ESPN Networks, Colorado State will play Toledo (Sept. 21), San Diego State (Oct. 5) and Air Force (Nov. 16) at home, hitting the road for dates against Fresno State (Oct. 26) and Wyoming (Nov. 22). The Border War is set for an ESPN2 broadcast at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night.

The following week on CBS Sports Network, the Rams will host Boise State for the final Friday date of the season, Nov. 29, the day after Thanksgiving, with a 1:30 p.m. kickoff. Also on CBS Sports Network, CSU plays at Utah State (Sept. 28, 5:30 p.m.) and at New Mexico in another Friday kickoff on Oct. 11, set for 6 p.m.

The only Mountain West game for Colorado State not yet selected for broadcast is the trip to UNLV on Nov. 2. In the coming months, games picked up by AT&T SportsNet and Stadium will be announced.

The Pac-12 controls the television rights for the Rocky Mountain Showdown (Aug. 30), while the SEC owns the rights for Colorado State’s game at Arkansas on Sept. 14.
