The Denver Nuggets lost a very winnable game against the Dallas Mavericks Thursday night, 124-117. The Nuggets are now 3-5 season and facing a three-game east coast road trip, which they will have to complete without Michael Porter Jr.

News swirled that Porter Jr. is facing an additional quarantine, which will likely sideline him for the next 5-6 games. Porter Jr. last played against the Sacramento Kings on December 29.

Aniello Piro recaps the loss and breaks down the news in the latest installment of the Denver Nuggets podcast on Mile High Sports. Piro cuts some audio from Jamal Murray’s postgame presser and looks ahead to Saturday’s game versus the Philadelphia 76ers.
