For the newest Denver Nuggets Daily Podcast, T.J. McBride recaps the Denver Nuggets’ fifth preseason game of the 2018-19 season against the Chicago Bulls. Denver escaped with a 98-93 for the Nuggets fourth win in their five preseason games.

The Nuggets treated their final preseason game like a dress rehearsal. For the first three quarters of action, it was all about the starting unit. They played with a tenacity on defense that had not been seen from them in quite some time and they did enough on offense to give their bench unit a strong lead to work with.

Unfortunately, the bench unit was not as dominant as they have been throughout preseason, but they did just enough to squeak out a win over the Bulls.

The Nuggets preseason is now officially over and they will now head to Los Angeles to take on the Clippers on the night of October 17th.
