The Denver Nuggets — with three first-round draft picks, five picks in total and a roster full of young, potential talent — are in the unique position to make a power trade this offseason, and according to Ryen Russillo of ESPN, that’s what they are attempting to do.

Are the Nuggets planning to move up? Are they looking to package No. 7 with a player like Kenneth Faried, Danilo Gallinari or Jusuf Nurkic to bring in a veteran, All-Star presence?
We’ll find out on Thursday. As we covered earlier, there are several players worthy of that No. 7 overall pick, but if they have the opportunity to pick up a true, established No. 1 option, it would be hard to pass that up.
