The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have reinstated right-handed pitcher Tyler Chatwood from the 10-day disabled list (right calf strain) and have placed right-handed pitcher Greg Holland on the paternity list.

Chatwood was removed from his start on July 15 after pitching one third of an inning and allowing four runs on one hit with three walks and was placed on the disabled list the following day. In 19 starts this season he is 6-11 with a 4.74 ERA (106.1 IP, 56 ER), 94 hits, 60 walks and 87 strikeouts.

Holland is 1-1 with a Major-League leading 31 saves in 32 opportunities this season with Colorado, posting a 1.72 ERA (36.2 IP, 7 ER), 18 walks and 49 strikeouts. His 31 saves are the fourth-most in franchise history and the most since Rafael Betancourt recorded 31 in 2012.
