The Denver Broncos may have a developing problem — and solution — at the back up quarterback position.

Just two days after Paxton Lynch‘s dreadful 6-11, 24 yard passing and one interception performance against the Minnesota Vikings — while not official — it was Chad Kelly who was spotted taking No. 2 snaps on certain drills, potentially signaling another descend down the depth chart for Lynch.

Kelly dazzled Saturday, completing 14-21 for 177 yards and two touchdowns with one interception against Minnesota.

But with Kelly’s inexperience, a veteran arm could still be coveted by Denver. With names like Matt Moore and Teddy Bridgewater out in the open, Broncos Blitz podcast host Ronnie Kohrt dissects the open quarterback market and a potential trade.

Could Denver’s sweet solution rest in the big apple with Teddy Bridgewater? Kohrt takes a slice out of the quarterback position in the latest edition of the podcast and dishes on the potential of Kelly stealing the pie away from Lynch.

Kohrt also peels back the layers of a potential free agent signing and gets to the core issues for Denver at the position.
