When Brock Osweiler agreed to a four-year, $72 million deal with the Houston Texans, the collective groan from Denver fans was almost audible here in the Mile High City. Twitter exploded and doomsday analysis began their speculation.

While the reaction among fans was overwhelmingly negative, the Denver Broncos secondary expressed their mixed feelings. Safety Omar Bolden, who played at Arizona State with Osweiler, had nothing but good things to say.

Following this tweet, Bolden received plenty of Twitter hate, and he responded by posting even more tweets arguing the business logic behind Osweiler’s decision.

Cornerback Chris Harris Jr. seemed to be on the opposite end of the spectrum.

Harris Jr.’s sentiment is echoed by Bronco fans everywhere.

Many quipped that the Broncos won Super Bowl 50 without a quarterback and now that they really don’t have one, the future has become a question mark. The big question now is, who will it be? Will Colin Kaepernick prove to be a viable plan B? Can John Elway lure Ryan Fitzpatrick away from the Jets or will Robert Griffin III find a new home in Denver?
