The Denver Nuggets came from behind to defeat the Chicago Bulls Friday to secure their 20th win of the season.
The Nuggets have battled all year long, playing competitive basketball on a nightly basis.
Nuggets forward, Danilo Gallinari, had something to say about his teams will to win.
“That is maybe the most positive thing about this team,” Gallo said. “We never give up, we have been down a lot in games, especially in the first half, but we always battle back”
The Nuggets overcame a 16 point deficit heading into the fourth to defeat the Bulls 115-110. In addition to overcoming the deficit, the Nuggets manged to hold Chicago to just two points in the final 1:41 of the game.
Since the new year the Nuggets have played competitive basketball on a nightly basis and have refused to quit.
All of the team’s resilience payed off on Friday night, as the Nuggets knocked off the sixth-best team in the East.
Gallinari is one of the teams best players and was a major factor in the Nuggets win. Gallo put up 33 points in 34 minuets played.
