Last week we offered up a “Studs Only” version of “Studs & Duds,” as the Broncos had a plethora of stud-worthy performances in an AFC Championship win over New England.

This week, with no game to play, we shift our focus to the “Duds.” Not the ones that frustrate you on game day – the ones that your favorite team dons before they head on the road. The Denver Broncos are a very fashion-forward bunch. They were, after all, named the NFL’s best-dressed team by Sports Illustrated earlier this year.

Here’s a look at what the team was wearing as they departed for Santa Clara, where they hope to make much more than a fashion statement. A big thanks to the Broncos on Twitter, and several player accounts on Twitter and Instagram for these awesome images!

Sack Swagger

Outside linebackers and menaces to quarterbacks everywhere, DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller pose for one last photo before boarding the team plane to the Super Bowl. Von’s shoes were not to be outdone by his 2.5 sack performance in the AFC Championship.

MVP Greeting

Broncos Super Bowl XXXII MVP Terrell Davis was on the tarmac in California when the team landed, offering smiles and encouragement to Owen Daniels, who rocked a stylish lavender jacket. Defensive end Derek Wolfe, behind Daniels, rocked the bowtie and double gold chain.

Playoff Beard

Safety Darian Stewart has been rocking the beard all year, so it’s hard to say this is his “playoff beard,” but it’s definitely in top form heading into Super Bowl week. Hopefully the rest of his body will be as well come Sunday!

Those Shoes

Super Bowl XXXII MVP Terrell Davis wasn’t done with Owen Daniels. He was so impressed by Von Miller’s shoes, he needed to stop for a photo op.

Top of the (D) Line

The guys on the defensive line were rocking their Sunday best for the Sunday flight to Super Bowl 50.

Frequent Flyers

Quarterbacks Peyton Manning, Brock Osweiler and Trevor Siemian, all known for airing it out on the field, stopped for this quick shot before boarding the team plane. Peyton takes the nod for that blue and orange combo.

Golden Super Bowl, Golden Smile

Super Bowl 50 is the Golden Anniversary of football’s biggest game and linebacker Danny Trevathan has a smile to match. And bonus points for that paisley print velour jacket!

Dressed By The Best

Practice squad wide receiver Jordan Taylor is Peyton Manning’s No. 1 pregame warmup and practice target. As such, the legendary QB set him up with a (familiar looking) orange tie ensemble.

Suit and Fly

Lorenzo Doss, Kayvon Webster, Omar Bolden, T.J. Ward and Aqib Talib usually strike fear in the hearts of opposing wide receivers. Here they’re just striking.

Secondary to None

The numbers bear it out – the Broncos have the best secondary in the league. They also have the best dressed secondary, based on this photo.

A Manning and His Weapons

Peyton Manning has 1,443 completions as a Denver Bronco, many of them to this outstanding bunch of wide receivers. No doubt they plan to add more, along with some touchdowns, in Santa Clara.

Veteran Leadership

There might be no better picture to show the veteran leadership on the Broncos than this shot of DeMarcus Ware, Peyton Manning, Von Miller and David Bruton. Together, they have 41 years of NFL experience, 18 of those as Broncos.

Orange Smiles

Offensive guard Max Garcia was all smiles in his orange on orange shirt and tie combo as the team was on the plane and headed to Super Bowl 50.

Fashion Faux Pas (Paw?)

Compare all those classy looking Broncos to Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, who tried to pull of these bizarre zebra and gold Versace pants. Broncos fans are hoping its just the first in a series of bad decisions this week for the Carolina QB.
