Halftime Notes: Phillip Lindsay gets ejected against Ravens

The Denver Broncos got off to a fast start in Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens, but it was an emotional rollercoaster for the Broncos faithful.

After holding the Ravens to a three-and-out on Baltimore’s opening offensive offensive series, the Broncos blocked the first punt of the game. After taking over possession at the Ravens’ six-yard line, Royce Freeman took advantage if the solid field position by rushing for a six-yard TD on Denver’s first offensive play of the game.

Following a touchdown scoring drive from the Ravens to tie the game, the Broncos responded with an eight play, 70-yard touchdown drive. On the series, Emmanuel Sanders was able to take an end around play 35 yards to the house.
