Despite leading the league in rushing since Week 8 of the season, Ronnie Hillman has remained the Broncos’ top rusher; until the AFC Championship game, Anderson never received more than 15 carries in any game.
That said, throughout the year, Anderson has been ever-present during the most special moments of the Broncos’ season, with long, game-changing rushes. And as we detailed earlier in the week, he is one of the five Denver Broncos with a legitimate shot at the Super Bowl MVP.
We’ll see if this opportunity enables Anderson to go out with a true Super Bowl performance.
