Rockies bid individual farewells to individual fans (video)

With the 2015 season now officially in the books at 20th and Blake, the Rockies front office can turn its attention to fixing what led to a tie for the fifth-worst record in franchise history.

(We know it wasn’t the bats – the Rockies were the No. 5 team in runs scored in all of baseball and the best in National League.)

So while Jeff Bridich and the rest of the Rockies brass head into their (hopefully) busiest time, the players can finally take an extended break after having crammed 162 games into a six-month span.

But before they take off completely for their homes in Arizona, Florida and elsewhere, the Rockies have decided to individually bid farewell to some lucky individual fans. The players, along with the team PR, put together these heartfelt sendoffs via Twitter.
