It happened in an improbable, impossible way, but the Denver Nuggets found a new way to win on Monday night.

In the newest episode of the Pickaxe and Roll Podcast, Ryan Blackburn breaks down the Denver Nuggets 113-104 road win over the Los Angeles Clippers that happened without Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray, AND Aaron Gordon.

It was Reggie Jackson and DeAndre Jordan that put on a show instead. Jackson put up 35 points and 13 assists on a hyper efficient playmaking performance. Jordan put up 21 points, 13 rebounds, and five assists of his own. The duo combined for five alley-oops, torching the Clippers over and over again.

Ryan discusses the win, how it happened, and why every player/coach involved deserves some credit for a nice performance. Michael Porter Jr. struggled scoring, but he played solid defense and hit a clutch three at the end. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope helped limit Paul George to just six points. Justin Holiday played his role beautifully, and Peyton Watson came off the bench and made important plays in the clutch.
