The Fourth of July is just around the corner, a time when the nation celebrates our freedom, usually involving America’s pastime. Here in Denver, that means a Rockies game and an epic fireworks show to follow. However, this year, the Rockies are out of town and a new up-and-coming American sport has nabbed the show, well the fireworks show at least.

This Fourth of July, the Denver Outlaws will play the Boston Cannons at 7 p.m. and following the game, the sky will light up. Mile High 4th of July, presented by Xcel Energy, will be the city’s biggest firework display according to 7News. Fans can not only come out to watch the 2014 MLL Champions play, they’ll stay for a fantastic fireworks show as well.

Tickets for the game and fireworks show are available at Sports Authority Field box officeDenverOutlaws.com or Ticketmaster.com.
