The game ended up going to overtime, but it never would have been there without a clutch five-play, 83-yard touchdown drive that needed some big plays from big playmakers.

Demaryius Thomas, after not making a catch on 12 previous targets pulled down a 36-yard reception from Brock Osweiler. Not to be outdone Emmanuel Sanders got free on a go route and Osweiler perfectly looked off the safety and hit Sanders on a gorgeous 39-yard bomb to set up first-and-goal.

After a bizarre play call, a quarterback sweep that went out of bounds, Osweiler was sacked for a big loss, but bailed out on a huge holding penalty in the end zone.

Denver wasted no time in capitalizing on the error by New England. On the very next play, Osweiler hit Andre Caldwell for the go-ahead touchdown. But it wasn’t over yet…
