Spalding has partnered with NBA players across the country to provide high school players with a elite training experience.

This Saturday August, 13th Chauncey Billups will partner with Spalding to host a basketball IQ camp for the state’s top players at the D1 Sports Training Facility in Highlands Ranch. Spalding has successfully partnered with NBA players to utilize their basketball training aids along with elite coaching to develop the top talent in each player’s hometown. Spalding previously partnered with Chris Paul in his hometown of Winston Salem, NC as well as DeMar Derozan in his home town of Los Angeles. The players will be provided with valuable training and lifestyle skills experiences that include on court basketball training, film study, nutrition seminars, speed and agility work, elite coaching, and most importantly knowledge from an NBA legend in Chauncey Billups. The camp also includes a performance meal catered by local celebrity chef Daniel “Chef D” Young, who has served as personal chef to VIPs including Billups and former Nuggets star Carmelo Anthony.

Our players often times get overlooked and are not provided with opportunities to develop and compete against one another. I’m excited to be a part of this camp. I assure you this will be the best basketball camp to ever take place in Colorado.” If having Chauncey be a part of the camp wasn’t enough, some of the state’s top college players will return to serve as camp counselors. Dominique Collier (Denver East/University of Colorado), Josh Adams (Chaparral/Wyoming), Eric Garcia (Grandview/Wofford), Ronnie Harrell (Denver East/Creighton), Josh Perkins (Regis/Gonzaga), Thomas Bropleh (George Washington/ Boise State) and Zach Braxton (Highlands Ranch/ Weber State).
