The Denver Broncos will kick off Week 12 of the NFL season against the Cleveland Browns in just under 90 minutes. Which players will be gameday inactives this afternoon?

Denver Broncos injury updates vs. Cleveland Browns

Coming into this afternoon’s kickoff, the Denver Broncos had two players who were listed as questionable on Friday’s final injury report.

Safety P.J. Locke, who was questionable with an ankle injury, will play today vs. Cleveland.

Locke was spotted on the field going through an on-field pregame workout under the observation of team medical staff prior to the list of inactives going out.

Running back and special teams contributor Dwayne Washington who missed Friday’s practice with an illness, will not play today vs. the Browns.

On Saturday, the Broncos announced that they were going to elevate nose tackle Tyler Lancaster and wide receiver David Sills from the practice squad for today’s game.

This will be Lancaster’s second elevation of the season, as it appears the Broncos’ defensive game plan will attempt to limit the Browns’ potent rushing offense. Sunday’s elevation for Sills will be his third of the season, which means that he’ll either have to be signed to the active roster after today or pass through waivers where he can re-sign with the Broncos again this week.

Broncos official gameday inactives

The Broncos released their official list of inactive players for today’s game. These players will not be dressing out for Sunday’s game against the Browns.

  • Center Alex Forsyth
  • Running back Dwayne Washington
  • Outside linebacker Thomas Incoom
  • Safety JL Skinner
  • Outside linebacker Ronnie Perkins
  • Defensive lineman Elijah Garcia

After being active for the first time last week, Skinner is a gameday inactive at safety. With Locke playing and expected to get the start opposite Justin Simmons, Delarrin Turner-Yell will be the backup behind them.

Perkins is inactive for the second consecutive week as a coach’s decision, while Garcia, Forsyth, and Incoom continue their trend of being inactive on game day.

The Broncos will kick things off at 2:05 p.m. MT against the Browns on Fox.
