Sometimes things just come together perfectly.
Syracuse punter Riley Dixon was selected by the Denver Broncos in the seventh round of last weekend’s draft, and while the news was obviously exciting for Dixon in many ways, there was an interesting little twist.
Just two months earlier, before Dixon had any idea that he was going to be drafted, let alone selected by the Denver Broncos, he posted this tweet:
Thank you Peyton for being one of the best to ever play the game, and for being a hero both on and off the field. You will be greatly missed

Obviously, Dixon is a fan of the game, and he understands what it means to have watched one of the greatest to ever do it in Peyton Manning. Little did he know, the young punter would soon be roaming the same halls Manning commanded these last four years.
