LISTEN: Peyton Manning’s skills may have diminished but his sports acumen hasn’t

Everyone knows the storyline. The Denver Broncos are winning despite Peyton Manning‘s mistakes and poor play. There are people convinced Manning can no longer play and others convinced his poor performances are a product of an underachieving offense.

Ben Hochman, former columnist for the Denver Post, joined Gil Whiteley on Mile High Sports Radio and said that the truth is somewhere in the middle. Hochman acknowledged that Manning’s physical skills are indeed on the decline due to age about his knowledge of the game is still as shape as ever.
