Justin Simmons had a stellar year for the Denver Broncos in his first year under head coach Vic Fangio.

Not only did the backbone of the Broncos secondary tie for second on the team in tackles, Simmons led the defense in interceptions and pass-deflections and earned second-team all-pro honors. While not making the Pro Bowl, most around the league consider him one of the biggest snubs for the fan-voted event this year.

Simmons is up for a new contract this offseason and is expected to get paid top-5 safety money…whether in Denver or elsewhere.

Ronnie Kohrt of the Broncos Blitz podcast discusses the latest around not only Simmons, but other Broncos on the roster like Shelby Harris, Derek Wolfe, Chris Harris Jr., and Connor McGovern. All players up for new contracts this offseason whether in Denver or not.
